Since the snowfall of the Winter, there has been a dead cow washed up on the SeaWall Whitewall end. I have contacted Environmental Health but they have been unable to do anything as the cow has been washed up from a farm in Somerset. (Who will pay? Syndrome!) Apart from, what I believe to be a risk to public health, the smell is now stomach churning as the weather warms. Any ideas as to what can be done? It is spoiling what is normally a very pleasant, peaceful walk!
