Great work in providing the information of the planning ideas. Exactly what potential buyers like us need to see. Although we are renting for 12 months the intention is to buy locally. Rockfield was favourite but that looks another huge site for filling with more houses....does it get rid of the allotments ?? I could picture me retiring (hiding) there in a few years time !!!
