Apart from the foul language that comes out of the mouths of these people and the fact that your bags end up everywhere i am astonished by the latest story. Elderly gentleman fills his bag to the top but cant squash it down to make more room due to a broken leg. Green man takes bag removes half the contents on to pavement and then empties the rest. Elderly gentleman asks what the problem is and gets a torrent of verbal abuse with some foul language thrown in.
Elderly man wont complain to council as scared of repercussions. Neighbour offers to help elderly gentleman to pick up the waste from the pavement.
Why not just leave the bag and say its too full rather than empty half the contents on to the pavement.

Read in the paper today a business is being fined for not putting out any rubbish at all because he uses and recycles everything. The world is going mad
